Functions of compliance management at enterprises

Abstract

Compliance with regulatory requirements is vital to the promotion of the societal values that regulation serves. Implementation of compliance management prevents violations of legislation, comprehensive programs cover such areas as: customer satisfaction, public reputation, transparency, ethical behavior, organizational structure and risk management. Based on the results of the identification and analysis of key compliance risks, practical recommendations on the implementation of compliance management functions at enterprises were formed. Compliance in practice is a complex issue that requires interdisciplinary research, as it straddles the boundaries of law, finance, risk management, and operations management. The article is dedicated to identifying the characteristic features and prospects for the implementation of compliance management in enterprises. The development of normative norms may be of vital importance for the implementation of essential values that serve as regulation.
